Attorney Bios

John Conry:

John Conry grew up in Colorado. He attended Colorado State University for his undergraduate studies. After that he joined the United States Peace Corps where he served in Benin, West Africa, for three years. while in the Peace Corps he met his wife Reine, who is now in the Pharmacy School at Xavier.

After the Peace Corps, John went to Tulane Law School on a merit Scholarship. During law school he worked for a Federal Judge, a plaintiff's attorney, and a small defense firm. These experiences combined with his Peace Corps experience helped John to quickly realize that if he wanted to help real people with his career, he had to represent them.

John's philosophy is that we should help real people with real problems. He represents people who lost their homes in Hurricane Katrina, Families who lost their relatives because of someone's recklessness and other people who need help. John is also a Eucharistic Minister at St. Matthias Catholic Church in New Orleans.
